How many domains can I have? Can I link to multiple pages within my domain? What are the format restrictions?

Depending upon your subscription level, you can have up to 25 unique domains, subject to the Domain Guidelines. A domain must be in the format of http://domainname.xyz or http://www.domainname.xyz.

All of the links contained in your posts must point to the home page or a subpage of one of your domains. You cannot use subfolders.

Acceptable:

• http://www.mydomain.com
• http://mydomain.com
• http://mydomain.com/another-page.html

Not Acceptable:

• http://mydomain.subfolder.com

What are my posting limits? What happens if I go over my limit?

The Basic plan allows 20 posts per day (600 links per month). The Professional plan allows 50 posts per day (1500 per month). In either case, there can be no more than 10 posts per domain per day. This restriction protects your domain from being flagged by Google for an unnatural link-building pattern.

If you go over your daily limit, your posts will be held in a queue until the next day.

What are the requirements for word count and links in a post?

Each post must be a minimum of 150 words, contain exactly one link, and meet the Posting Guidelines.

How many different keywords (as anchor text) can I have?

Provided that the urls they link to meet our requirements, you can have as many different keywords as you please!

How much do the different Ranking Smart plans cost?

$39 per month for a Basic Monthly Subscription allows 20 posts per day and up to 10 domains.

$69 per month for a Professional Monthly Subscription allows 50 posts per day and up to 15 domains.

What is the Free Trial? What happens when it ends?

You can choose to sign up for our Free Trial and your first ten posts are absolutely free!

 Your Free Trial allows 10 posts in 1 domain over the course of 7 days. You can have only one Free Trial per lifetime.

Once you've posted 10 posts or 7 days has passed, your Free Trial is over. The "Add New" button is disabled on the Posts page. You will still be able to log in, view existing posts on the Posts page, and access your account (where you can purchase a paid membership).

How am I billed?

Your monthly fee is automatically deducted from your Paypal account. When you sign up for your subscription, you are taken to a secure Paypal page. Any time you upgrade or downgrade your account, that will also happen at Paypal's secure site.

How can I cancel? Are there refunds?

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. We do not offer refunds or prorated months. We will simply stop charging you and your membership will end beginning at your next normal billing period.

How do I upgrade/downgrade?

1. Visit your Account page,
2. Click the appropriate radio button next to the subscription type you want,
3. Click "Change."

You will be taken to Paypal where you can securely make the desired account changes.
